Quick & easy Granola. | SEEDHEART - Cashew & Cacao.

:) http://www.seedheart.de/sorten/

Zutaten3 Tassen Haferflocken | 3 cups oats
2 Tassen Seedheart Cashew & Cacao Müsli (Müsli deiner Wahl) | 2 cups muesli
1-2 Tassen Trockenfrüchte & Nüsse (Datteln, Feigen,Cashewnüsse, Walnüsse etc.| 1-2 cups dried fruits and nuts (dates, figs, cashews, walnuts..)
1 Tasse Kokosflocken | 1 cup coconut flakes
2-3 EL Agavendicksaft (oder: Ahornsirup/Honig) | 2-3 tsp agave syrup (or maple sirup/honey)
1 EL Kokosöl | 1 tsp coconut oil
1 TL Zimt | 1 tbsp cinnamon
1 Prise Salz | 1 pinch of salt

As a breakfast person, I love jazzing up my daily breakfast (mostly: oats with fruits and yoghurt). It could be with muesli, dried fruits, coconut flakes, nuts or granola. Of course, there are a lot of different granola types to buy - but most of the time they are too sweet for me because they have a lot added sugar in them. Today I show you how to make your own granola. (naturally sweetened!).
I use the SEEDHEART muesli (cashew / cacao) with cacao nibs, cashews, quinoa and seeds (sunflowerseeds, linseeds, buckwheat, protein, amaranth and chia). Of course you could buy all of those ingredients seperately but they are usually sold in big amounts for relatively high prices. The Seedheart muesly tastes good pure, with yoghurt, with milk or as a topping. Plus - it's high in nutrients, fiber, vitamins, protein and omega fatty acids. Here you can take a look at the three Seedheart mueslis. http://www.seedheart.de/sorten/

Was ist euer Lieblings-Power-Frühstück?

What I love at the moment. | SEPTEMBER 2014 | London edition.

This month, I owe many favorites to my London journey. One thing this city is known for is : shopping!!! I honestly tried to hold me back sometimes when going shopping but there were also times where I thought "this will be a great memory of your time here", so I persuaded myself.
Especially in Brighton. Can't describe the cuteness of the little shops in the Lanes. Lovely decoration and homeware as far as the eye can reach. If there wouldn't have been the problem with my only 23kg baggage I would've gone crazy in there. But two really sweet things could come with me to Vienna. :)

Otherwise, I loved going shopping in supermarkets there (Sainsbury, Wholefoods...) because they have really delicious stuff and a wide range of products (especially healthier versions, which is very nice!!). So I also brought some products I really liked during my stay in London with me.

jewellery holder - shop in Brighton.
necklaces from: Bershka( I think..) - Swarovski - Topshop - H&M - H&M - Primark

loved wearing these, both: day and night!

rings from - middle: Topshop, - side: River Island

georgeous little box from a shop in Brighton. "enjoy the little things"

I store my watches in there.

Giorgio Armani perfume "" (this scent will remind me of London everytime!!)

little booklet "MINDFULNESS" from a bookshop on Brick Lane

Popcorn - Granola and most delicious TEA.<3

I'm not exaggerating, this is the BEST popcorn on earth!!! coul've brought 1000 bags with me.

favorite bag, wore it everyday since I bought it. (H&M ~30€)

prepared for autumn and winter!! soooo cozy scarves (Camden market - Pull & Bear)

What have your favorites been this month? Are you also looking forward to autumn like me? Cozy DVD evenings, hot chocolate, tea, gingerbread, colorful leaves everywhere, big warm scarves, Halloween, lovely candles and much more....can't wait !!! <3

TASTE OF SUMMER. quick & easy recipes.

 Apple - Carrot - Salad.

 Ingredients:

- 375g yoghurt

- 5 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp salt

- 10 tbsp lemon juice

- 500g carrots

- 500g apples

preparing.

get a little bowl for preparing the dressing.

in with the yoghurt, and then squeeze in the lemon juice. (i did it by instinct)

olive oil.

get your carrots and apples and peel. (btw, I made the salad just for 2, so don't be confused by the amount of ingredients ;))

grate everything.

mix the dressing with the carrot-apple salad.

finished!

It really doesn't take long to make this salad, I would say about 15 minutes. You don't need many ingredients, most of them you'll probably have at home. It tastes really, really good and also refreshing - so it's perfect for the summertime. TRY IT :)

Chocolate - Cranberry - Granola.

Ingredients:

- 50g dark chocolate (70%)

- 25g honey or maple syrup

- 250g oatmeal

- 50g grated coconut or almonds

- 1 tbsp cocoa

- cinnamon

- 100g dried cranberries

melt chocolate over boiling water.

until this consistency.

add the honey.

mix dry ingredients.

oatmeal, cocoa, cinnamon and grated coconut/almonds.

add the melted chocolate. I can't describe how delicious this looks, even on the pictures!! haha :)

HEAVEN!! okay, enough with the melted chocolate pictures ;) moving on....

last one...;)

mix. first I tried it with a spoon - totally failed, so I used my hands. messy, but definitely easier. ;)

spreading on baking sheet.

into the oven - 150°C, 20 minutes.

in the meantime you can cut the cranberries into smaller pieces.

the smell of the finished chocolate granola = AMAZING!!

mix cranberries with finished chocolate granola.

get an airtight glass and fill it in.
finished.

If you're an oatmeal/cereal/granola - lover like me, this is definitely a recipe for you!
It is so easy and definitely not unhealthy. Unless you make it with milk chocolate or white chocolate and go crazy with the sugar and honey ;) You can use other dried fruits if you don't like cranberries.
In my opinion, it tastes the best if you add some tablespoons of it into your normal cereal or cornflakes. Wouldn't eat it alone, because of the sweetness, but you have to decide it for yourself ;)

I would say : go and make your own chocolate - cranberry - granola and get enchanted by the amazing smell of the chocolate-coconut mix. <3
