Tipiak COUSCOUS 1001 Nacht.| Recipe.

COUSCOUS wird immer beliebter, besonders wegen seiner kurzen Zubereitungszeit (max. 10min).

Zutaten:
250g Tipiak Couscous
1-2 Paprika | pepper
1 Zucchini | courchette
1-2 Karotten | carrots
2 EL Trockenfrüchte (Datteln, Feigen, Rosinen) | dried fruits (dates, figs, raisins)
2 EL Cashewnüsse o. Pinienkerne | cashews or pine nuts
1 TL Koriander gemahlen  | coriander
1 TL Curry
Salz, Pfeffer | salt,pepper

COUSCOUS becomes more and more popular because of the short preparation time (max. 10min). In addition to the preparation - couscous has a lot more to offer – it contains a lot of relevant minerals, vitamin E and B-vitamins.Couscous originally comes from North Africa and nowadays often used as a side dish or salads especially in the Mediterranaen kitchen.

As you may already know, I’m a big fan of quick but at the same time healthy dishes. I love couscous, but I’ve only tried salty variations. Today I have got a sweet vegetarian recipe with cashews – Couscous 1001 night. For this recipe I used Tipiak Couscous (of semolina made from durum wheat - perfect for side dishes or salads) and dried fruits of the berry-nut-mix from Seeberger. The rest of the ingredients are down below. Enjoy!

schnell- gesund- frisch. Rote Beete Salat | Recipe.

Da kannst du hinzufügen was du nur möchtest. In diesem Post möchte ich euch einen frischen Rote Beete Salat mit Tomaten, Karrotten und Kichererbsen zeigen. Dazu gibt es ein Zitronendressing. Versuch's doch mal und berichte wie es dir geschmeckt hat! :)

Zutaten
-handvoll Eisbergsalat
-handvoll Spinat
- Rote Beete
- Tomaten (2-3)
- 1/2 Dose Kichererbsen
- Karrotten (2-3)
Dressing
- 1/2 Zitrone
- 2-3 EL Apfelessig
- Kräuter deiner Wahl (Dille, Petersilie)
- Joghurt

A fresh, healthy and quick salad. Although I love trying out new and elaborate recipes I prefer something thats quick but still healthy and delicious. I always try to have fresh veggies and lettuce in my fridge - with salads you can get as creative as you want. Just some lettuce + veggies of your choice + dressing. So you can leave out whatever you want and add something you like to the recipe.
For this recipe post I decided to show you a fresh beetroot salad with tomato, carrots and chickpeas mixed with a lemon dressing. Try it out and let me know what you think !  :)

- handful of iceberg lettuce

Healthy Energy Bars. | Recipe.

Homemade Energy Bars

! WARNING !
When tasting these energy bars there will be no desire for purchasing any in supermarkets again. ;)

During my search for a recipe for healthier energy bars (without any additives, preservatives or sweeteners) I found a lot I wanted to try out. I didn't really stick to the recipes that I found one to one, I also added some other ingredients that I liked. The end result surprised me. I honestly haven't tried such a delicious snack bar ever. It is totally variable - you can add, change or leave out some of the ingredients. The most important ones are: banana, oats, almond butter and coconut oil.
They taste absolutely delicious and you kind of want to eat all of them at once :P

You will need:
2 bananas
2 cups of oats
3 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup nuts (of your choice)
1 cup seeds (I chose sunflower seeds)
1/2 cranberries (or raisins)
cinnamon

Add the coconut oil and almond butter into a pan while stiring (LOW heat!!)

Mash up the bananas and add it to the oil and butter

Keep stiring and turn off the heat (let it cool off)

chop your cranberries if you want

Add in oats and cranberries into banana mixture

Place it evenly in a baking tin

And....after 15-20 minutes in the oven (170°)....

zucchini - banana - bread. Paleo.

It was the first time I tried out this recipe and it turned out really, really well. This bread is for everyone who likes juicy bread. The containing banana and zucchini make sure, that the bread doesn't get dry. For those who never heard of the "Paleolithic diet" - it's also called "caveman diet" or "Stone Age diet". It is based on the foods that were already available in the Paleolithic. You should consume mainly meat, fish, seafood, eggs, fruit, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, nuts, honey and you should avoid milk and dairy products - as well cereals, bread, and industrially processed foods.

I don't adjust my personal nutrition to the paleolithic diet completely, but I comply with certain parts of it. I hope you enjoy reading and watching and maybe I could inspire you to try out the recipe! :)
