Letztes Wochenende war ein absolutes Sommerwetter. Das habe ich in Kärnten am Wörthersee ausgenutzt. Erstmal in Klagenfurt, und anschließend im wunderschönen Velden. Aber das waren nicht die einzigen Orte die wir gesehen haben. Am ersten Tag haben wir gleich eine Radtour gemacht. Start war in Klagenfurt. Der Plan war es am südlichen Ufter des Wörthersees zu fahren, da ich dort noch nicht so viel gesehen habe. Zwischen Reifnitz und Maria Wörth haben wir dann eines abgelegenes Plätzchen gefunden wo wir schwimmen gehen konnten. Viel besser als die öffentlichen Strandbäder. Man muss einfach nur ein bisschen suchen, und dann findet man schon was ;)

Last weekend was an absolute summer weather. I took advantage of it in Kärten, Wörthersee. First in Klagenfurt, and then in beautiful Velden. On our first day we did a bike tour. Start: Klagenfurt. The plan was riding along the southern shore of the lake. Between Reifnitz and Maria Wörth we found a hidden place where we could go swimming. So much better than the public swimming pools. You just have to search a little bit ;) 

Wir sind dann weiter gefahren als anfangs gedacht. In Velden haben wir eine kurze Pause gemacht und sind anschließend über Pörtschach nach Klagenfurt zurückgeradelt. Insgesamt 40km. ;) Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass wir das alles an diesem Tag schaffen, aber es war echt super!! Ich finde es ist  sowieso immer am Besten einen Ort oder eine Stadt mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden.
Am nächsten Tag haben wir noch einen schöneren Platz am Ufer bei Dellach gefunden. In Velden waren wir dann auch noch zwei Stunden Bootfahren. Perfektes Wochenende. :)

We rode a lot longer than we thought. In Velden we made a short break and then we rode over Pörtschach back to Klagenfurt. 40km total!!! I never thought that we would make it on that day, but it was great. It's always the best to discover a place/city by bike. The next day we found even a more beautiful place by the lake (near Dellach). In Velden we also rented a boat for 2 hours. Perfect weekend. :)

Let's take a little trip down memory lane. A few blog post ago, I mentioned a new "habit" of mine. A compliment, a conversation, an event, a photo, a song? Doesn't matter WHAT made me happy during the last 6 month, I wrote it down and put it into a jar. I started in January and I was surprised how full it actually became. Now, as half of the year is over I wanted to share some of those with you. :) (And I'm so excited to open them now!!!) I will write them down shortly and without any (too) personal details. Maybe they will motivate you to also collect little memories of your life. Enjoy! :)

-  I finished a successfull workout.

- Got invited to a prom.

- Full points on a test. 

- The sweetest birthday message from a good friend of mine who (unfortunately) lives far away.

- Cinema night with my cousin, where we spontaneously met someone and had a conversation during the whole film

- Trip to Budapest with a friend.

- Great lunch in the city. 

- A special "happy new year wish"  and an additional sweet message! <3

- Surprised a friend at his birthday party and his reaction was super sweet :D

- Productive day at uni.

- Good job interview and lunch + ice cream with two friends afterwards.

- My birthday dinner with my closest friends.

- New Year's Eve celebration.

- My first working day was really good!!

- 4km morning run and watching a sunrise.

- A compliment from my aunt.

- A beautiful winter walk with a friend + taking some pictures.

- Finally made a dentist appointment after too many years and I survived ;)

Sorry, they are not in order, but looking back I think I already made some beautiful memories this year. I wonder what the second half of the year will bring. :)

CIAO. My holiday in MILAN and RIMINI.

I am back. And I can finally start writing blog posts again. I feel relaxed, happy and sun-kissed ;). It was a very nice family holiday in Italy. On June 27th we drove to Milan, because of the .......ONE DIRECTION CONCERT!!!!!! I bought the tickets for my sister as a christmas present and she freaked out!!! She was so happy, and so was I because I could go too. :) So, we arrived at the San Siro in Milan (a giant stadion). We had to wait for a very long time for them to arrive but it was definitely worth it. The show was AMAZING!! They were amazing!!! We really enjoyed the concert. Freaked out, sang and danced till the end. Here are some of my 1000 pictures I took at the concert, so that you can imagine how big and magnificent it really was.

Next day. After a 3 hour drive, we arrived at our hotel in Rimini. We were so happy that the weather would be good for the week. Of course, we had to go directly to the beach as soon as we arrived :) The hotel and the beach were great. Each "beach sector" had it's own style and color. I thought this was really cool. (You'll see some pictures in the end.) Short summary of our week would be: Waking up, having really yummy breakfast, going to the beach or chilling at the pool, tanning, tanning, oh and..tanning, going out for dinner and strolling along the beach or the shopping street near our hotel :) Oh and on July 4th Rimini celebrated the "Notte rosa". You could describe it as a very big beach party in pink :) So cool!! All in all, it was a super nice week and now, enjoy the photos! ;)
